Welcome! Let’s make Texoma a better place for the Bull Breeds and all breeds targeted by Breed-Specific Legislation and discrimination.
We saw a need in the Texoma area for ways to socialize and have fun with our dogs! Most of us have been driving to Dallas, Plano, Arlington for events. Let’s have fun in our own backyard and get to know our neighbors!
First, see the Events page for the latest happenings. Then, please RSVP over at our meetup page if you can. If you are not a meetup member or don’t wish to become one, no problem. We would love to see you there! We are using meetup.com to communicate with all the members via e-mail, so signing up is the best way to find out about planned & upcoming events.

All bully breeds are welcome - American Pit Bull Terriers (APBTs), Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Boston Terriers, Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs…. etc.
Despite the name, we welcome other breeds targeted by Breed-Specific Legislation (BSL) such as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Boxers and Chow Chows.
No pedigrees are required. Of course, mixes are welcome too!
We will be scheduling playdates as desired by the members (and weather permitting). Our major goal is to have a significant event in Sherman in Fall of 2008 that will benefit a charity and raise awareness of how to be safe with dogs. We will be participating in Pit Bull Awareness Day, October 25, 2008.
If you are active in your local ADBA, AKC, IWPA, APA, UKC or other sanctioned club, we would love to hear from you. If you are an experienced handler and competitor, please share what you know! If you are just thinking about competing, our informal events will give your dog the socialization she needs to do better in sanctioned events. It’s time for all the breed clubs to get to know each other better, so that we will be ready to fight BSL in Texas and Oklahoma.

I think its wonderful that someone finally started one of these here in our local texoma region. I have been looking for ways to fight BSL and show that I LOVE MY BULLIES! And, I think it is a wonderful way for the rest of the community who doesn’t know a real APBT to get to know one, maybe they will change their minds about APBT’s. We will see you at the meet. The Godbey’s,
I’m so glad that you saw a need for this kind of event. We hope to see you there.
Looking forward to the meet ups. Will make them both if I can.
